Order processing and delivery

Order processing is the time spent preparing your order before it is handed to the carrier. Transit time is the time the carrier takes to deliver your parcel after dispatch. These are separate stages of delivery.

Delivery estimates depend on your destination and the carrier. Any delivery estimate is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. This policy does not specify a fixed processing or dispatch window.
